Text Box: October 15, 2016 She's In ControlText Box: Cousins Donna and Stan McElveen from South Carolina report that hurricane Matthew hit them pretty hard. Power was on and off for days. With my aunt Ronnie on oxygen 24/7 they were forced to evacuate and take up residence in a hotel in Myrtle Beach. Fortunately after a couple of days they were able to return. Cousins Melissa and RJ Maurer from Port Orange, Florida report numerous trees down and power outages. Melissa, RJ and the kids have been doing a massive clean up of the yard and surrounding area. Luckily the local McDonalds was open and supplied them with the kind of nourishment they all needed.
